Q. How can I make a reservation?

Email us the complete details of your trip, including the number of children and adults in the party, travel dates, origin and destination. We also need a home and cellular phone number.

Q. Are advance reservations required?

A. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. In most cases, if you call us at the last minute, we may not have a vehicle available for you as our driver's maintain very tight schedules. (Return to top)

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?

A. We monitor your flight's arrival status so that if your plane is delayed we will have a driver pick you up when your flight does arrive! (Return to top)

Q. What happens if I miss my flight or I'm bumped from my flight?

A. Call us immediately so that we may reschedule your driver. If you arrive in Orlando without informing us of the change, chances are your driver will no longer be available. (Return to top)

Q. I'm traveling with children. Do I need a car seat?

A. All children under the age of 4 years are required to use car seats by Florida law. With advance notice, we can provide car seat(s) for you at no charge. (Return to top)

Q. I'm still making my vacation plans. I'm not sure exactly where I'm staying while in Orlando. Can I still get a quote?

A. In order to give you an accurate quote, we need to know your destination. Orlando has hundreds of hotels, vacation resorts, etc and our rates vary from each of these locations. (Return to top)

Q. When I arrive in Orlando, where do I meet my driver?

A. We track your flight to ensure there will be a driver waiting for you when your flight arrives. Simply follow the signs to baggage claim located on the 2nd floor of the terminal for your airline. When you come down the escalator adjacent to the baggage carousel for your flight, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. If there is a large crowd and you dont see your driver, don't panic, simply call our toll free number (877-459-1177) and let us know that you are at baggage claim. We will be there to assist you with your luggage to a waiting vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your destination. (Return to top)

Q. What happens when I get back from my cruise? Where will the driver be waiting?

A. Disembarkation generally begins two to two and a half hours after the ship reaches port. For passengers on the Disney Cruise Line, your driver will be in the Shuttle Area beginning at 8:00am. For all other Cruise Lines, your driver will be waiting starting at 9:30am. If your return flight departs Orlando prior to 12noon, you should request "early" disembarkation from your Cruise Line and notify your driver. If you would like your driver to be waiting earlier than the times posted above, an additional fee will apply. Q. What is Meet N Greet Service?

A. Meet N Greet Service means our driver will greet you in baggage claim at the bottom of the escalator adjacent to the baggage carousel for your flight. He or She will have a sign with your name on it! We assist you with your luggage to your waiting vehicle. Our Meet and Greet service is complimentary and is provided to you so you can rest assured we will find you in the airport and help you get on your way as quickly and comfortably as possible. Q. How do I pay for my trip?

A. A credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  The card information, including billing address, will be needed when making your reservation.  Your card will automatically be charged at 4:00pm, the afternoon prior to travel. Once your card has been charged, your trip is non-refundable. You may present the driver's gratuity in cash. We do not accept checks. (Return to top)

Q. What is NOT included in my fare?

A. All of our rates are discounted. The fare amount you are quoted is a total flat rate for the type of service and vehicle you need. There are absolutely NO hidden fees such as tolls, parking, or taxes. The only thing that is not included is driver gratuity. Driver gratuity is at YOUR discretion and is customarily 20% of the rate of the transfer. If you are inclined to tip your driver, it is suggested that you tip each driver as you see fit at the end of each transfer (you may have more than one driver on a roundtrip or multi-transfer transportation package. Q. How much should I tip the driver?

A. The gratuity is always at the passenger's discretion. It is customary to tip your driver 20% of the fare. (Return to top)

Q. Do you only do transportation to and from the airport?

Q. Do you accept pets?

A. Pets are welcome in all our vehicles with advance reservations. Pets must travel in their containers at all times. A $10.00 fee per pet will be added to your fare. (Return to top)
